Who we are
Hi, I’m Kayla!
As a mom, speech-language pathologist, and certified children’s yoga instructor, I am deeply passionate about fostering connections and creating a sense of belonging for all. My journey began with a love of being of service to others and has evolved into a career dedicated to supporting their unique needs. Whether it’s using humor to break down barriers or building meaningful relationships, I find joy in helping others feel seen, heard, and empowered. I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of populations, from non-speaking individuals to those with physical and developmental challenges, and I continuously strive to create a safe, inclusive environment where all children can thrive.
My commitment to neurodiversity-affirming practices drives much of my work, as I believe that every child’s voice and personal experience is valuable. As a yoga instructor, I blend my knowledge as a speech pathologist with my passion for mindfulness and movement to offer children and families a calming, welcoming space. My goal is to make yoga and mindfulness accessible to all, helping both children and their caregivers find peace, resilience, and connection in their daily lives. Through my work, I aim to create a space where inclusion, acceptance, and empathy are at the forefront, allowing everyone to feel empowered and supported on their journey.
